Do I need to install an app?

No. On the shopper's side, everything happens in the browser: scan the shop's QR or open the link received, and the fitting room opens. Nothing to download, no account to create.

Are my photos shared?

Never. The photo stays private, visible only to the shopper, and doesn't leave Emelva. The looks a shop can repost are anonymised silhouettes, with no identifiable face.

How long to create a silhouette?

About a minute. A single full-length photo is enough, no measurements to enter. The resulting silhouette is then reusable endlessly on every piece.

On the shop's side, do I need hardware or an installation?

None. The printed QR kit (fitting-room stand + window sticker) comes with the plan, and the collection is managed from a simple dashboard. No kiosk, no software to install.

Is there a counter or hidden fees?

No. Shoppers, collection and requests are unlimited; only the virtual try-on is counted according to the plan. Everything is detailed on the Pricing page.

How do my shoppers find my shop?

Every registered shop is listed in the Emelva directory, visible to every shopper around it, including those passing through the city.

Can I test before committing?

Yes. You start with one free month, no commitment: you photograph your pieces and your shoppers try on.
