Do I need to install an app?
No, nothing to install: everything happens in the browser. Scan the shop's QR or open the link received, give a first name, an e-mail and your consent to process the photo, and the fitting room opens.
Are my photos shared?
The shop never sees it, and Emelva never publishes it: only the shopper can choose to share a rendering. To build a try-on, the photo is passed to our AI providers — named in the privacy policy — for as long as it takes to produce the requested image, and with her explicit consent. What a shop publishes is its OWN imagery: its pieces on AI models, composed in the Studio.
How long to create a silhouette?
About a minute. A single full-length photo is enough, no measurements to enter. The resulting silhouette then serves for every piece, in every shop.
On the shop's side, do I need hardware or an installation?
None. The fitting-room stand and window poster print on A4 from your own space, in your name, and the collection is managed from a simple dashboard. No kiosk, no software to install.
Is there a counter or hidden fees?
No. Shoppers, collection and requests are unlimited; only the virtual try-on is counted according to the plan. Everything is detailed on the Pricing page.
How do my shoppers find my shop?
Every registered shop is listed in the Emelva directory, visible to every shopper around it, including those passing through the city.
Can I test before committing?
Yes. You start with one free month, no commitment: you photograph your pieces and your shoppers try on.
